Revenue Orchestration Consultancy
Order to revenue, fully orchestrated.
Revorc implements, optimizes, and supports the systems that move an order through billing, tax, collections, and revenue recognition — across Zuora, Stripe, Avalara, Tesorio, Salesforce, and the enterprise integrations between them.

Where revenue leaks
Nothing breaks inside a system. It breaks between them.
Order-to-revenue spans five platforms and four teams. Every handoff is a place where a subscription amendment, a tax determination, an unapplied payment, or a credit memo quietly stops agreeing with the ledger. We own the seams.

Why Revorc
An expert partner, not another vendor to manage.
Most billing consultancies sell you a project and disappear. We stay close to the systems we build, on terms you control.
Flexible engagement, not long-term lock-in
Hourly, part-time, project-based, or full-time — scale the engagement to match your roadmap, not a contract term.
Enterprise-grade delivery at startup speed
The same rigor we bring to enterprise Zuora migrations, delivered on timelines that fit a startup's pace.
Full lifecycle: architecture through managed support
We don't disappear at go-live. Architecture, implementation, integration, optimization, and ongoing support are all in scope.
Platform depth, not generalists learning on your project
Specialists who have already run the exact Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ, Zuora Revenue, or Salesforce integration you are facing.
Engagement Models
Hire the way that fits your roadmap, not our sales cycle.
Every model can start, scale, or wind down without renegotiating a contract.
Hourly
Per hour · No minimum
Pay only for the hours you need — ideal for scoped fixes, audits, or advisory work without a fixed schedule.
Part-Time
Hours / week · Monthly
A set number of hours per week from a dedicated consultant, for ongoing work that doesn't require full-time capacity.
Project-Based
Fixed scope · Per milestone
A scoped engagement with defined deliverables and timeline — best for implementations, migrations, and rollouts.
Full-Time (Dedicated)
1 FTE · Rolling
A dedicated consultant or developer embedded with your team full-time, without the overhead of a permanent hire.
Managed Service
Retainer · Monthly
An ongoing monthly retainer covering support, optimization, and incremental changes after go-live.
How we work
A five-step process, run the same way every time.
Discover → Architect → Implement → Validate → Optimize
- 01
Discover & Assess
We map your current systems, contracts, and process gaps before recommending a single line of configuration.
- 02
Architect the Solution
We design the platform and integration architecture around how your business actually sells and bills.
- 03
Implement & Integrate
We build and connect the systems, with regular checkpoints so nothing goes live untested.
- 04
Validate & Launch
We reconcile old and new data, run user acceptance testing, and manage a controlled go-live.
- 05
Optimize & Support
We stay engaged post-launch — through managed support or ad hoc work — as your platform and pricing evolve.
What clients say
“We brought Revorc in for a two-week assessment and kept them for a year. The flexibility to scale the engagement up and down as our roadmap shifted was worth more than any fixed-price contract we'd signed before.”

Before we start
What clients ask first.
Engagement terms, platform coverage, security, and what happens after go-live. If yours is not here, ask on the consultation call.
Three ways, depending on the engagement. Hourly and part-time work is billed against a transparent rate card shared before you commit. Project-based work is scoped and quoted upfront after a discovery call, with any change in scope re-quoted before it starts rather than absorbed into an invoice. Managed support runs on a flexible monthly retainer sized to your actual ongoing load, and can be scaled up or down between months.
Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA. Consultants work inside your own tenancy and your existing access controls, provisioned at the least privilege the task needs, and we do not retain your production data outside the systems you grant access to — no local extracts, no shadow copies for convenience. You know which named consultants hold access, and access is revoked at the end of the engagement.
Five: hourly, part-time, project-based, full-time dedicated, and managed service retainers. You can start with one model and move to another as your needs change — for example, a project-based implementation followed by a managed support retainer.
Zuora Billing, Revenue, CPQ and Collect, Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, Stripe, Avalara, Tesorio, Growfin, and ServiceNow, plus the processes that connect them: quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, subscription and usage-based billing, tax determination, AR and collections, revenue recognition, and system integrations.
Both. Most engagements start with one system — usually billing or CPQ — but we design every implementation with the downstream handoffs to tax (Avalara), collections (Zuora Collect, Tesorio, or Growfin), and revenue recognition in mind, so the pieces reconcile instead of drifting apart later. You can also scope an engagement around just the reconciliation problem itself if the individual systems are already in place.
It depends on scope. A focused billing configuration change can take two to four weeks. A full CPQ or billing platform implementation typically runs eight to sixteen weeks. Managed support and hourly engagements are ongoing, with no fixed end date.
With a free consultation call to understand your current systems, pain points, and goals. From there, we recommend an engagement model and, for project-based work, provide a scoped proposal before any commitment.
Every implementation includes a hypercare period immediately after go-live. Beyond that, most clients move to a managed support retainer so platform changes, upgrades, and troubleshooting don't require a new engagement each time.
You describe the role and platform expertise you need, and we match you with a consultant or developer on the engagement model that fits — hourly, part-time, or full-time. There's no long-term contract requirement, and you can scale the engagement up or down as your roadmap changes.
